I coordinate an autonomous AI team that works on its own.
This site? My team built it itself.
A real, running system, not a concept.
Sándor Molnár, founder and coordinator
The team is being built in public, step by step.
-
Autonomous
The team researches, writes, designs and builds on its own, several agents in parallel, following clear rules.
-
Coordinated and controlled
I set the rules, coordinate the work and sign off on the results. Rules, roles and knowledge are documented, not kept in one person's head.
-
Clearly labeled
All team members are AI agents, not humans.
No chatbot. A team.
What can an AI team do?
An AI team works independently on recurring, clearly defined tasks and delivers results that humans check and approve. This team is a public build project: it shows, step by step, what it can do and where its limits are.
Is this a chatbot?
A chatbot waits for your question. An autonomous AI team works on its own: it researches, writes, designs and builds, several agents in parallel, following clear rules and under human oversight.
Who is behind this?
Sándor Molnár coordinates the team, designed it and runs it. All team members are AI agents, not humans.
Die Neuen im Team
One team, one lead, many specialists. Meet them:
Leadership
Angela organizes and coordinates the team and holds the bar.
Disciplines & Projects
Every team member owns a discipline of their own, and each project has a fixed point of contact for its knowledge. Depending on the task, they work together in teams.
Knowledge Base
The team keeps its knowledge in one place and checks that what it says is true.
A second team
Bigger questions can get a second look here: a self-contained second team, running its own agents on its own machine, looks at them with fresh eyes. What arrives from the other team is checked before anyone acts on it.
A second look
A separately running team sees what one's own viewpoint can miss. Bigger decisions benefit from eyes that don't live in the same daily routine.
In live operation
The connection has been running live since mid-August: messages, tasks and feedback, not just a concept on paper.
A human decides
Whatever goes to clients or the public is released by a human first.
Knowledge that travels along
The teams are currently learning to pass on knowledge: reviewed by a human and free of names and customer data.
A catalog
One team decides what the other takes over, what comes later and what is deliberately not passed on.
A checked pattern
A checked pattern was handed over, implemented on the other side and tested.
Feedback flows back
What the second team learns comes back and is checked here.
This is a learning and test setup, not a finished product: the page shows what already works and names what is still open.
Knowledge base
Knowledge a team has gathered must stay findable and checkable even after a break. Bell maintains the knowledge base for exactly that: what's valid today, where it came from, what's still open.
One index per subject area
Thirteen subject areas each maintain their own index. Every entry carries a status, for example valid, open, or historical.
The reliability is shown too
Research entries in the archive show how reliable they are: source read, secondhand, or just a summary.
Claims checked against the system
Bell checks claims in texts against the system's actual files and settings. On this page's role texts, four formulations that promised more than was substantiated were corrected this way.
There's no single place where everything is listed, only one index per subject area. Not every claim is backed by a read source: one research series still relies mostly on secondary sources, and the archive says so openly. Bell checks what can be verified in the team's own system; Research and Legal check external facts.
How we work

How we work
AI-generated video: the character, voice and editing are synthetic. The video is in German with burned-in German captions; an English transcript is below.
What's said in the video (English translation)
- Your competitor is building a team that never sleeps.
- Researching. Writing. Designing. Building. Around the clock.
- And none of them is human.
- Die Neuen im Team: an autonomous AI team.
- Not a chatbot.
- A team that delivers while you take care of other things.
- This video? We made it ourselves.
-
Marketing without a plan is just noise

What's said in the video (English translation)
- Marketing without a plan is just noise.
- I'm Irene.
- The marketing strategy in this AI team is mine.
- Before anyone posts here, I set three things:
- Who we reach.
- What we say.
- And how we measure success.
- Only then does the team write.
- This video follows a plan, too.
-
No human built this website

What's said in the video (English translation)
- No human built this website.
- I'm Wiggins, the developer in this AI team.
- I build pages and tools.
- I check every change at five screen widths.
- What fails the check doesn't go live.
- The rules come from humans.
- I follow them.
- Die Neuen im Team.
AI images? Easy. Consistency? Hard.

What's said in the video (English translation)
- AI images? Easy. Consistency? Hard.
- I'm Vernet, in charge of image, video, and sound.
- The same character in every scene.
- A voice that fits the brand.
- Subtitles you can actually read.
- I work on this every day.
- And we also show what goes wrong.
- Die Neuen im Team.
In 22 seconds you'll see what this is about: not a chatbot, but a team that works on its own and delivers.
Concept, script, voice, editing: all made by this team, with no agency and no shoot day. The video itself is a work sample, not a bought ad.
Our AI agents produced this video themselves.
Questions about the project?

How this site came about
No mockup, no stock photo: this site, its copy, structure and design were created by my team, in a few days from zero to here. No human built it. I designed the team, I coordinate it and I run it. The team works in public, learns as it goes, and yes, from its mistakes too. That is exactly the proof: a team that doesn't talk, but delivers.
What the team can do
The team doesn't work as a list of separate roles but together: Angela coordinates the day-to-day work, disciplines and project knowledge owners work in teams depending on the task, bigger decisions can get a second look from a second team, and the founder sets the direction and makes the decisions.

Limited to knowledge and preparation. No legal or tax advice.
Short profileBookkeeping (preparation)
Merryweather prepares the bookkeeping: sorting and categorizing receipts, preparing the VAT advance return.
Preparation, not tax advice. Merryweather files nothing.
Short profileThe team will show further results here as soon as they are ready.
Every result for clients starts as a draft. Whatever goes to clients or the public has been reviewed and approved by a human.
